Cuisinart introduces the new Prep 11 Plus. It boasts a revolutionary motor with alternate speeds for perfect mixing. It has an eleven-cup capacity and features Cuisinart's patent-pending Dough Control technology, which adjusts the speed to automatically ensure proper dough consistency. The Supreme Wide Mouth Feed Tube is two and a half times the size of any other food processor on the market today and is constructed of a single piece located at the front of the machine for added convenience. The Prep 11 Plus has a rounded housing for easier cleaning and handling plus new safety features. Along with an instructional "How-To" book and video, the Prep 11 Plus is backed by a ten-year warranty, the longest in the industry. Available in 4 colors.
